The Basic Package

  • Up to six hours of serve time.

  • One hour of set up and up to one hour of clean up. 

  • Includes 4 mixers, 2 garnishes, 1 cup size, self-serve water dispenser, custom shopping list, 2 certified bartenders, liquor liability insurance for the event, cocktail napkins, mints, stir straws, and unlimited consultation.

The Upgrade Package

  • Up to six hours of serve time.

  • One hour of set up and up to one hour of clean up. 

  • Includes 6 mixers, 3 garnishes, 2 cup sizes, self-serve water dispenser, custom shopping list, 2 certified bartenders, liquor liability insurance for the event, cocktail napkins, mints, stir straws, and unlimited consultation.

The Premium Package

  • Up to six hours of serve time.

  • One hour of set up and up to one hour of clean up. 

  • Includes 8 mixers, 4 garnishes, 1 cup size, self-serve water dispenser, custom shopping list, 2 certified bartenders, liquor liability insurance for the event, cocktail napkins, mints, stir straws, and unlimited consultation.

The Works

  • Package includes: discount of the premium package, coffee bar, self-serve lemonade, and late night snacks. Can customize, as needed.

Late Night Snacks

  • Package includes a variety of pre-packaged snacks that your guests can eat as they dance the night away. This will include snacks for up to 100 guests, with options such as trail mix, chips, crackers, pub mix, cookies, etc. Items may change depending on availability.

Self-Serve Lemonade

  • Includes lemonade with a self-serve dispenser for guests to enjoy for the evening. This is a great addition for your guests that would like something sweet and non-alcoholic.

Timeline Creation

  • If you need help getting all information into one location, look no further. We will meet, I will gather all contact information for each vendor, and we will create the day-of timeline for your event.

Tear Down Event

  • The last thing you'll want to do at the end of the night is pick up and organize all of your belongings. Hire us to take care of this for you. Includes up to two hours of cleaning/tear down. 

    $300, may vary based on location and size of event.

Set Up Venue

  • Don't stress yourself or your family out by having to set up the venue prior to your event. Hire us to alleviate your time! Starting price is $300, but does vary based on location and size of event.

Purchase Water Bottles and Ice

  • Don't add the extra hassle of carrying ice or water to your event. We will pick up and deliver to the venue. Price will vary depending on party size.

  • Starting price is $100

Service Staff

  • If you have all of the food, but no one to serve it, no problems. We can send serving staff to help dish food, serve food, and bus after dinner is done.

  • *Price will vary based on location and number of guests.

Day Of Coordination

  • Includes: Unlimited communication, 3 meetings before the event, week of vendor confirmation and contact information collection, day-of vendor management, managing all ceremony and reception events, timeline creation, set up and tear down. 10 hour maximum. Travel fee will apply to those located more than 20 miles outside of our location in Grand Rapids, MI. Surcharge for parties on holidays.

  • Add a second coordinator for an additional cost.

Single Bartender

  • This may be an option for a smaller event, less than 100 guests. Up to six hours of serve time.

  • Complimentary set up and clean up.

  • Includes: single certified bartender, liquor liability insurance for the event, and all items needed to serve (ice scoop, stir straws, bar mats, etc.)

  • Unlimited consultation.

    $500

Two Bartenders

  • If you plan to provide everything for the event, this option is to have 2 certified bartenders show up and serve. Up to six hours of serve time.

  • Complimentary set up and clean up.

  • Includes: 2 bartenders, liquor liability insurance for the event, an all items needed to serve (ice scoop, stir straws, bar mats, etc.).

  • Unlimited Consultation.

    $650
